Change Management Contractor 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Focus on and manage the people side of change, effectively partnering with the immediate project team, other project teams and business partners to achieve successful process and technology adoption. 
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for multiple business intelligence initiatives, inclusive of the following deliverables: 
o Detailed stakeholder impact analysis 
o Effective communication and engagement plans 
o Audience-appropriate business communications 
o Training approach, curriculum and materials 
o Business readiness criteria and readiness process 
o Adoption success criteria, metrics and measurement plan 

Key Attributes: 
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned change management professional who has the depth of experience and skill to think strategically -- as well as the ability to support the tactical execution of change management deliverables -- and possesses: 
o Proven track record for achieving results in a complex, dynamic (Agile) environment 
o Strong leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills 
o Strong organizational and project management skills 
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
