Position: User Experience /Business Analyst

Duration: 12+ months
User Experience /Business Analyst (UX/BA) focusing on the build-out of the Operational Risk Management technology platform.
The technology platform includes tools for managing: core Operational Risk processes, vendor management, internal service relationship mapping and other business and regulatory driven processes.
Member of a global UX/BA/PM team supporting the Firm’s Operational Risk Department, reporting to the Firm Risk IT - Operational Risk BA/PM lead.
Conceive, design and specify wireframes/schematics and interaction flows in accordance with existing design standards.
Elaboration of UX design into detailed system requirements and supporting data models.
Interact with senior internal client/sponsors, front-office technology teams and risk technology teams.
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of design standards.
Demonstrable experience in UX design and Business Analysis, preferably with large scale, enterprise-wide projects covering the full project life cycle.
Able to interact with senior management in Business and Technology, as well as technical colleagues.
Understands and has opinions about current industry UX best practices.
Experience and knowledge of technology development, having come from either: a technology development background; or through working closely with technology groups.
Conversant in the subject of Operational Risk – experience is not critical, but a basic understanding at a minimum is required.
Knowledge and experience of agile development.
Minimum of BSc in Finance/Technology/Interaction Design or similar.
5-10 years’ experience in large multi-national organization, preferably in financial services.
Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation skills including oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
