Architect/Engineer design and implementation level skills with at least 10 years of voice/call center experience .
Telecommunications Analyst Knowledge of Avaya Communications Manager and Session Manager products. Familiarity with Avaya ARS and SIP routing.
Work in conjunction with telecom staff to complete daily telecom related assignments and assist in the migration of global Avaya sites to SIP routing. This includes developing and executing test plans and completing
documentation to be able to transition operational support to Abbvie's 3rd party vendor. Knowledge of RedSky E911 software and methodology is desired.
