About the Practice

We are a growing outpatient psychiatric practice in Edwardsville, IL, providing integrative care to adults, adolescents, and older adults. Our services include medication management and interventional options such as TMS and esketamine (Spravato).

Role Description

We're hiring a full-time licensed therapist to anchor the therapy side of our practice and build a true coordinated-care model: psychiatry and therapy under one roof, with providers referring to and consulting with each other. You'll work alongside and directly with our psychiatric providers.

Qualifications

• Active, independent Illinois license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT

• Experience providing outpatient individual therapy to adults (adolescent experience a plus)

• Experience with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions

• Comfort collaborating with medical providers and documenting in an EHR
