Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant – REMOTE/PST
We are looking for a Senior SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant to provide production support, manage change requests, and lead/support projects. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with business and technical teams.
it's a 6+ Months REMOTE/PST role.
Responsibilities
Handle production support tickets: troubleshooting, analysis, resolution, configuration.
Manage change requests (small enhancements within 1 month).
Lead/support projects: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and solution delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for robust solutions.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SAP SM: Warranty, Service Orders, Service Notification, Whole Unit Exchange/Repair.
Advanced knowledge: Notification, Warranty, Billing, Contracts (Value/Quantity/Service), Revenue Recognition.
Customer Service Master Data (Equipment, Warranty, Functional Location, Counters).
Experience with IDocs: Partner profiles, segments, testing.
Interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Strong background in Logistics Execution, EDI/IDoc Integration, Warehouse Management, Shipping.
Ability to design, configure, write functional specs, test, and implement.
OTC knowledge (high-level configuration/concepts) is a plus.
Excellent communication; able to work independently and run initiatives.
