Position Title: Non-IT Recruiter US Staffing (Multiple Positions)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role
• Resume search & screening candidates from different job portals
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Salary negotiation and joining process
• Performing phone interviews with candidates to filter out the quality
• Coordinating interviews with the Account Manager
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
• Database Management
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Will be responsible for the recruitment of candidates for Engineering services and the IT sector
   

Required Candidate profile

• Should have US staffing recruitment experience of 1-2 years in US Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Work Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

• Work Hours: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) | Sat & Sunday fixed off.
• Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
