ERP Implementation Consultant (Manufacturing/Distribution)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations within manufacturing or distribution environments, specifically those producing a physical product (widget production). This is a highly customer-facing role requiring a proactive, self-sufficient individual who can confidently drive the implementation of ERP solutions. Travel is expected to be around 75%, potentially up to 100%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementations within manufacturing or distribution environments, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, guiding them through the implementation process and offering solutions to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and raise flags regarding any financial discrepancies during the implementation process, ensuring financials are inline with expectations.
• Take initiative and work independently, managing tasks without the need for constant oversight.
• Demonstrate strong confidence and expertise in implementing ERP solutions in complex environments.
• Provide expertise and feedback to enhance the implementation process and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP implementations within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Previous work with competitors such as Kiwi, EPS (Radius ERP), CTI, HRMS, Epicore, or ECI Solutions is a plus.
• Ability to understand and raise flags regarding financials from an implementation perspective, without being responsible for the overall budget.
• Self-sufficient and proactive, able to manage tasks independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
