About the Company
we've been on the front lines of eating disorder treatment since 2012 Virginia's first dedicated PHP and IOP for eating disorders. Our Norfolk program is a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, dietitians, and medical staff who are deeply committed to helping clients achieve full, lasting recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to PHP and IOP clients
  • Lead nutrition-focused group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and the treatment team on care planning
  • Support clients through meal support with compassion and clinical skill
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and whole-person care
 Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) - required
  • Experience with or passion for eating disorder treatment
  • Strong clinical skills and a team-first mindset
  • CEDRD credential or working toward it (nice to have)
  • Comfort working in a PHP/IOP setting
