AMS360 Application Analyst with Accounting/Insurance Industry Background

100% Remote (Client is on EST)

3-6 Months with possible extensions

• Knowledge of AMS360 functionality and modules
• Ability to support basic configuration
• Understands data captured and stored by AMS360 including some idea of data structure
• Understanding of AMS360 integration capability
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience using AMS360
• Strong understanding of AMS360 data structures and data tables
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and typical workflows in the industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences
• Previous experience working in a consulting or IT environment
• Knowledge of other agency management systems such as Applied EPIC
• Project management experience or certification is a plus
