Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM

  • Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

  • Expertise in automation tools and frameworks

  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow

  • Strong scripting and configuration experience in ServiceNow


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in healthcare or SLED (State, Local, and Education) environments


Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and optimizations. You will be responsible for architecture, integration, customization, and strategic planning for multiple ServiceNow modules. This is a key leadership role requiring deep platform knowledge and strong collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Architecture & Implementation: Design and implement scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and more

  • Customization & Optimization: Lead configurations, workflows, and platform performance tuning

  • Integration: Architect and develop integrations with third-party systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs, cloud platforms)

  • Governance: Establish standards for data, access, and system integrity across environments

  • Team Leadership: Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices

  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, delivering architectural insights and automation strategies

  • Documentation & Upgrades: Produce technical documentation and manage ServiceNow upgrades/patches


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, 3+ years in an architect/lead role

  • Platform Skills:

    • Advanced ServiceNow architecture and development

    • Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform governance

    • Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)

    • Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, MID Server)

  • Certifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required

    • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred

  • ITIL & PM: Strong ITIL knowledge and experience with agile methodologies

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
