🔹 Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Experience: 5–9 Years | IT & Non-IT

• Develop new business with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Partners & Implementation Partners

• Generate staffing opportunities across IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare & other domains

• Manage client relationships and revenue targets

• Lead and mentor recruitment teams

• Drive placements and business growth

Must Have: Strong US Staffing BD experience, established client/partner relationships, leadership skills, and excellent communication.

🔹 US Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–4 Years

• End-to-end US Non-IT recruitment

• Source, screen, and interview candidates

• Recruit for Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax, Engineering & IT

• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, offers, and joining

• Maintain candidate relationships and meet recruitment targets

Must Have: US Non-IT staffing experience and excellent English communication.

📍 Work Details

Location: Near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Days: Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday Off
Employment: Full-Time
